Health Guarantee
This agreement is for the benefit of both buyer and seller. We make every possible effort to guarantee that each puppy from us is healthy at the time of adoption or delivery. Therefore, we ask that you have your puppy examined by a vet within 72 hours of getting it. We cannot control the exposure it comes in contact with after leaving us, so if you chose not to have your puppy examined this contract is void. Any request to return the dog to the Seller for a replacement puppy must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the dog prove to be seriously ill upon examination by veterinarian. Proof of examination must be provided to Seller. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if dog is not examined within the allotted time.
Congenital & Genetic Health Guarantee: A warranty against all serious life altering congenital disease or genetic defect is provided for up to 24 months from date of birth of puppy.
A warranty for moderate or severe HD (hip dysplasia) is provided for up to 24 months from the dogs date of birth. This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be over stressed at any point during the warranty period. Should dog be found to have Genetic HDwithin its first 24 months of life, buyer must provide seller with proof of diagnosis in the form of documentation from PennHipp or OFA.
**Note**
Buyer must establish proof of congenital defect, disease or HD by providing seller with all necessary documents such as vet records, x-rays and any additional paper work that will apply for proof of diagnosis. The Seller reserves the right to have dog examined by a certified specialist before replacement puppy is given.
If Buyer does not want a replacement puppy then the Seller will gladly refund half the purchase price of the puppy to help offset some of the Veterinarian medical/treatment cost. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping costs for replacement puppy.
Due to seller having limited number of puppies a year, seller has up to (6) six months to refund money or provide a replacement puppy.
Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
Please note* Puppies can stress during moves to new homes, change of diet, also too much handling. These conditions can bring on things that can be dormant such as but not limited to: worms, ear mites, giardia ,and coccidiosis. Every preventative effort has been made by us to head off these problems but you should be aware of them possibly occurring. These conditions are all treatable and are not reasons to warrant a return or exchange.
We do not guarantee size, color, coat type, temperament or fertility of a puppy. We represent our puppies as beautiful, loving PETS only. We will be available to you for the lifetime of your puppy/dog and you may contact us at any time with questions or concerns you may have with your puppy/dog. Buyer(s) agree that if for any reason during the puppy/dog’s life, they are unable to keep or provide for their puppy/dog, they will contact the Breeder to take the puppy/dog back or seek our assistance to help in rehoming the puppy/dog. Warranties are not transferable and all shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Under no circumstances shall the Buyer(s) place the puppy/dog in a Shelter, Humane Society, Dog Breeder, Pet Mill or Pet Store.
A lot of love, care and time has been given to this puppy prior to its adoption, please be ready to continue that same care.
